Product Manager
As being our new Product Manager, you specialize in technology-related products on downstream space, earth observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS and complex technological products, you’ll lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across our tech products, both software and hardware and the fit in complex projects. You will lead the development of a product and/or product line, ensuring its success in the market by defining its strategy, roadmap, and features. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, de-bug with collaboration with the technical team and craft tailored strategies that deliver real value. You will act as the voice of the customer, representing user needs and aligning them with business objectives. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to bring the product to market and continuously improve it.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging new customers: Proactively exploring market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with sales/business development teams to expand the customer base.
- Defining product and/or product line Strategy and Roadmap: Formulating the overall vision and long-term plan for the product and/or product line, including its features, goals, and success metrics.
- Understanding User Needs: Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet needs and pain points.
- Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
- Prioritizing Features: Deciding which features to prioritize and include in the product, based on business goals and user needs.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product development.
- Managing product and/or product line Lifecycle: Guiding the product through different stages, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Communicating with Stakeholders: Regularly communicating the product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders.
- Measuring Product Performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to make informed decisions.

In essence, this position is a bridge between the business, users, and the product development team, ensuring that the product meets market needs and achieves its strategic goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of a higher education degree, preferably from a Technological/Engineering direction
- Working experience of at least five (5) years in of experience as a Product Manager, or proven success leading end-to-end product initiatives at a senior level
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written
- Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
- Results oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales
- Informatics and/or other geoinformatics engineering experience is preferred

Geospatial Software Engineer
The Geospatial Software Engineer will specialize in developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions related to mapping, Earth observation, GIS, and WebGIS applications. Web Development: Experience with modern frontend technologies, particularly JavaScript/Typescript, and understanding of browser rendering (HTML5, CSS, WebGL).
Desktop App Development: Experience with building apps using Java.
Geospatial Standards & Formats: Familiarity with OGC standards (e.g., WMS, WFS) and common geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, KML).

Computer Graphics: Basic understanding of 2D/3D graphics principles and linear algebra.
