We are looking for a Photogrammetry Specialist with a min two years’ experience in photogrammetric workflows and responsibilities in software and photogrammetric hardware support. The successful candidate will participate in technical support, system installations, customer training, and implementation of photogrammetric solutions, working closely with customers and the company’s technical team. The Photogrammetry Specialist will handle also the photogrammetric technical part in the proposal writing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for photogrammetric software and hardware solutions

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot photogrammetric systems

  • Support customers remotely and on-site, ensuring the smooth operation of photogrammetric equipment and software

  • Deliver user training and technical demonstrations on photogrammetric solutions and workflows

  • Perform testing, calibration, and validation of photogrammetric hardware and software

  • Assist customers in implementing efficient photogrammetric data processing workflows

  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions

  • Participate in technical documentation, reporting, and preparation of user guides

  • Stay up to date with developments in photogrammetry, geospatial technologies, and related software solutions

  • Preparation and submission of project proposals for national and European programs (e.g., Horizon Europe, ESA, Digital Europe, NSRF/ESPA, GSRT)

  • Delivery within schedule

  • Preparation of responses to calls for the part of photogrammetry in tenders, commercial and R & D

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, or another related technical field

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in photogrammetry or a closely related field

  • Relevant professional experience and/or familiarization with with photogrammetric software (e.g., Intergraph SSK, Leica Photogrammetry Suite, Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, ContextCapture, RealityCapture or similar), Geoinformatics, EO and in proposal writing and coordination, preferably in EU R&D programs

  • Familiarity with photogrammetric hardware, including aerial and terrestrial imaging systems, cameras, scanners, UAVs, or GNSS/IMU equipment.

  • Good understanding of photogrammetric principles, image processing, and geospatial data

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer support skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Willingness to travel for customer support and installations, when required

  • Fluency of the English language

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT & DevOps Engineer to support our day-to-day IT operations while taking ownership of the company’s local and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with our Technical team to improve how we build, deploy and operate our software, including establishing modern CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployment processes from the ground up. A key part of the role will be supporting the deployment of a large-scale software system on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including its networking, security, monitoring, identity-management and data services. Approximately, the role’s responsibilities will be 30% internal IT support and administration, 40% systems and cloud infrastructure and 30% deployments, automation, and CI/CD. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong IT support and systems-administration skills with practical DevOps knowledge and is motivated to help shape a modern, secure and dependable development environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct IT end-user support, resolve technical issues and assist with hardware and software on Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Linux systems.
  • Provide technical support for peripherals, networking devices, audio/video equipment and other office IT equipment.
  • Set up, maintain, repair and replace computer systems and equipment when necessary.
  • Coordinate with HR and office administration on the IT onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Manage operating-system and software upgrades on end-user devices, servers and other hardware.
  • Procure IT equipment, peripherals and software, and maintain appropriate equipment stock levels.
  • Administer and improve the company’s local and cloud infrastructure, with attention to availability, security, backup and operational continuity.
  • Plan, configure and support application deployments in local and cloud environments (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – OCI familiarity is considered a plus).
  • Work closely with the Tech team to design, establish and continuously improve a modern CI/CD pipeline and practical release processes.
  • Automate repeatable infrastructure, build, deployment and operational tasks through scripting and appropriate tooling.
  • Support monitoring, logging, identity and access management, networking, reverse-proxy and database services used by company projects.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, deployment procedures, asset records and operational runbooks.
  • Take ownership of assigned work, troubleshoot methodically and operate effectively with limited supervision.

Core Qualifications for This Role

  • Solid understanding of computer-system hardware, components and peripherals, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Practical experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems (familiarity with Windows Server is considered a plus).
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, IPv4 addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls and related infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Understanding of key IT security concepts, access control, patching, backups and secure system configuration.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and application deployment concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts, including build, test, release and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with containers, especially Docker, and with web/application deployment patterns.
  • Ability to write and maintain scripts, preferably in Python and/or Bash.
  • Ability to collaborate with software developers and translate operational needs into dependable development and deployment processes.
  • Calm, organised and respectful approach when supporting both technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or comparable experience with AWS, Azure or another major cloud platform.
  • Experience designing or implementing CI/CD pipelines and release workflows using common automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, container orchestration or secrets management.
  • Basic knowledge of configuring and operating one or more of the following technologies:
    • Nginx, ModSecurity, HAProxy, Keepalived,
    • PostgreSQL, Redis
    • Keycloak, OpenLDAP
    • Graylog, Zabbix
  • Experience supporting highly available, monitored and security-conscious production environments.

Assets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, DevOps or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Reliable delivery within agreed schedules and operational constraints.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication in English.
  • Professional discretion, confidentiality and a clean background.
  • Completed mandatory military service, if applicable.
